How does Golden Rock Mortgage Protect Your Information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information submitted to our websites is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology only to be accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. Furthermore, Golden Rock Mortgage is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant in processing all credit card payment transactions.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for up to 5 years depending upon Federal and State laws that impose a duty on financial institutions, like us, to store information for specified periods.
